Payments

The price for all puppies is $1,000 and up, Unless otherwise noted.
Final payment in full is due before your Bullmastiff can leave. No exceptions. We NEVER accept personal checks. Nor do we accept, money orders, travelers checks or the sort when picking up your puppy. Only U.S. currency (cash) is accepted. A receipt for payment will be included in your puppys folder.

Deposits

The deposit to reserve your puppy is $300.00. Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason with the exception of any money deposited over $500.00. Deposits can be used for another puppy or for a future litter. The deposit CAN NOT BE A PERSONAL CHECK,only a cashiers check, bank check or money order. When a deposit is made in person, you will receive a receipt. If the deposit is mailed, you will receive a receipt via email.

Pay Pal is avaiable, if using Pay Pal their service fee will be charged to the purchaser.
The deposit can be returned to the purchaser for the following reasons: a) seller decides not to sell the puppy, as it is determined, the welfare of the puppy would not be served. b) The questionnaire contains false information and/or incomplete information. c) Any legitimate reason deemed by the seller to decide not to sell the puppy to the buyer.

Puppy Ready Date

The pick up date is no later than the Sunday following the puppys eight-week birthday. Example: puppys birthday is on a Monday, than pick up is no later than the following Sunday. If you pick your puppy up later than the following Sunday, a ten dollar per day fee will be charged. This fee is to cover food cost and the daily-extended care provide to the puppy.

We will make every effort to work with your schedule when picking up your Bullmastiff puppy. This is a very special event and we want everyone to have a joyful memorable experience. Local delivery or partial delivery is sometimes available. Although, we would prefer that you visit in person too meet our Bullmastiff family.

Shipping and Delivery

With any form of travel, our puppys welfare is our primary concern. We prefer not to ship by air if possible. However, if we do extra care for the welfare of the puppy is taken. We will arrange the airline travel for your puppy.

The weight of the puppy and the kennel at the time of departure determines the exact shipping costs. Because the weight of a puppy can change daily, shipping the shipping cost is $300, (which may be subject to change by the airlines). A new airline approved kennel/crate for the shipment of your puppy is an additional $50.

The conditions for shipping must be optimal for the puppy. If for any reason the shipping conditions are not optimal for the puppy, the puppy will not be shipped.

Payment is due within one week prior to booking the airline flight. In acclimating your puppy to their new kennel, ample time will be required.

When inquiring about shipping please include the names of two airports in your area.

We will mail your puppys folder, it will contain; receipt of payment, copy of health certificate, AKC registration papers, parents pedigree and so forth. You will receive the package by first class mail with delivery confirmation and/or certified receipt.

The option of land travel arrangements may be available. The availability and the cost of land travel are based on several different factors along with your individual’s needs. Please contact us to inquire for the cost of land travel delivery for your puppy.

When your puppy is in route, please stay available by phone before, during and after your puppy starts their journey. When the puppy is traveling by air, arrive early to the airport. It is better and safer for your puppyto have you waiting for them.
